EPG & Login Issues Resolved — Please Delete App Data and Sign In Again

Hi SonicStreams.tv subscriber,

The recent EPG refresh and “Invalid username/password” issues have been resolved.
If you’re still experiencing problems (EPG not loading or unable to connect), please delete the SonicStreams.tv app data on your Firestick and sign in again using the username and password from your welcome email.


Step 1: Delete SonicStreams.tv App Data (Firestick)

  1. From the Fire TV Home screen, go to Settings (gear icon).

  2. Select Applications.

  3. Choose Manage Installed Applications.

  4. Scroll and select SonicStreams.tv.

  5. Select Clear Data.

    • Confirm when prompted — this will remove saved logins and settings.

  6. (Optional but recommended) Select Force Stop.


Step 2: Sign In Again

  1. Launch the SonicStreams.tv app.

  2. Enter your Username and Password exactly as shown in your welcome email.

    • These are case-sensitive — avoid extra spaces.

  3. Wait 1–2 minutes for channels and the EPG to fully load.


If you can’t find your welcome email or still need help, reply to this message and we’ll resend your login details or assist further.
